Sorry it's been longer than usual for me to post more Team Rocket related art.

I've somehow been busier with other things that needed doing, as well as working on the drawing that I did for my mum's birthday.

Anyway, I decided to work on something quick and easy, so that you would have a new drawing sooner.

I hadn't drawn Jessie in her Jessalina outfit before, so I decided to combine that with my idea of James brushing her hair. I suddenly thought having Jessie holding Mime Jr. would be kind of cute, since it's James' Pokemon and the fact that he trusts her to take care of it during contests, really speaks volumes to me. Also, I liked the idea of it imitating Jessie in her revelry at having James brushing her hair.
But, the main idea here is really to show how proud James is of Jessie and all that she has accomplished.
